Our Chilies are from New Mexico.  We only serve the finest local shrimp and Alaskan King Crab.  We use only the best Iowa beef and pure dairy products in our dishes.  Each plate is prepared individually as in home-style Mexican cooking; so please be patient and enjoy our famous Mexican cooking.
